Responsible for staffing, training, compensation, employee relations, HRIS, reward and recognition programs including generalist role serving key business units such as engineering, finance, consumer and cinema. Implemented many projects and programs including merit planning, spot recognition and reward program and an incentive compensation program. Member of the ERP Steering Committee responsible for successfully implementing HR Oracle on time....
