Directly responsible to owner and primary designer of award-winning restoration architecture firm. Duties include: daily management and support of office environment, including maintenance of designers' calendars and project schedules; project management of up to a dozen construction projects at a time, requiring strict organization of communication between designers, clients and contractors. Writing duties include: edit and proof employee handbook, production of client proposals, creation of company brochure and promotional materials. Conduct studies on various historic restoration projects, as well as the research and acquisition of current product samples and literature. Maintenance of company-wide filing system. Management of company computer network. Creation and maintenance of company web site. Heavy bookkeeping and administration of company funds and budget....
