What's the secret to getting hired at Deaconess Hospital?

I needed to be hired and accepted into an educational program. I felt that this would enhance my people skills, so I filled out the appropriate paperwork and interviewed for the position.

4 units of CPE (2 level I, and 2 level II units)at Deaconess Health Systems.
*Chaplain in Deaconess Hospice System.
*Chaplain to Mental Health Facility for youth, adolescents and adults.
*Worked in ICU's, Neuro, surgical and progressive care units.
*Covered "on call" for system including

I learned how to care for the sick.
Proper techiques in lifting, turning and walking patients; feeding, taking pulses, postmortem care, using eye contact and speeking to those with disabilities.

How would you describe what you did at Deaconess Hospital?

I FILED INSURENCE COPY INTO PATIENT FILES. ANSWERED PHONES AND GUIDED THEM TO THERE DESTINATION. AS WELL AS MAKING COPIES AND TRANSPORTING PATIENT TO THERE AREA IN THE HOSPITAL. PRINTING PATIENT ID'S AND PLATES FOR THERE MEDICAL CHARTS.
