Experiences at Deb Shops

I worked at the cash register and rang up peoples clothing items. I also helped customers find desired items. I prepared and organized clothes.

I managed all of the everday tasks of the store. I was responsible for staffing the entire store. Mainting a clean a productive store. Fullfilling all coporate set inventory requirements. Entering in all payroll.

To seriously consider if this is the retailer you want to experience a job with

multi tasking...multi tasking..multi tasking.....all stuck in the year 1984.

The only "perk" for store managers working at Deb Shops is the fact that Sundays and basic holidays (ie labor day, memorial day, etc) are not required to be worked. There are no bonus programs in place. a "raise freeze" has been implimented since October of 2002.
