Franchisees need to have financial net worth, or loans, sufficient for purchasing a franchise and funding the start up period of 6 - 12 months. Although the business is interior design, a successful franchisee will also have business experience and be able to manage the administrative tasks and marketing for the business. Employees in my group do not purchase a frnachise; they work on a commission-only basis and assist with marketing and networking to fill the client pipeline.
