?? Managed development of assigned Defense Acquisition University Distance Learning ( DL) courses through the ISD and courseware development processes.
?? Ensured assigned courseware is SCORM conformant and 508 compliant.
?? Coordinated Continuous Learning (CL) development process with assigned subcontracting firms to ensure production milestones met.
?? Supervised CL and DL courseware design progress from approved authorware application to posting of completed courses on the institutional learning management system.
?? Conducted various QA reviews using approved checklists to guarantee completeness and quality of course design process as well as subcontractor performance of required tasks.
?? Responsible for reviewing course design at critical junctures to make contractual specifications are satisfied and development process proceeds on time and on schedule.

?? Recommend "go live" following comprehensive testing of completed courseware on the learning management system via student and instructor pilots.
