Scope of responsibilities included: Direct report to President, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales and Global CEO to assemble and distribute confidential, time sensitive information and prepare for distribution in multiple formats and direct contact with Board of Directors. Designed, developed, implemented and delivered all confidential documents, internal and external. ??? Heavy travel planning (domestic and international), calendar schedules, call screening, expense reconciliation and confidential matters. ??? Initiated design of collateral including strategic planning and implementation of all deliverables. ??? Directed team in production of extensive collateral (including brochures, direct mail, ads, magazines, newsletters) enforcing corporate identity. ??? Managed and created complex PowerPoint presentations with animations and transitions. ??? Excel charts and spreadsheets created for insertion in Word documents or PowerPoint presentations. ??? Vendor solicitation and negotiations for supplies, buying; estimating, and approval process and cost control, quality control, and logistical coordination. ??? Created customer base and manipulated data in SalesForce.com. ??? Accounts payable / accounts receivable including domestic and international orders and logistics. ??? Human resource duties including payroll, hiring, and training. ??? Event coordinator and tradeshow manager for 18 events across the US in 2006 including annual sales meeting. ??? Proposal generation to include RFI, RFP and RFQ responses to Cingular, Sprint/Nextel, Verizon, etc....
