What's the best team you worked with at Del Rio Country Club?

My favorite team at Del Rio was Jorge, Hector, Cindy Jose and myself. We would bust out banquets for 350 in no time. Mother's Day Brunch was a breeze working with these guys, we could serve over 1200 people in less than 4 hours... set up, break down and clean up. It was amazing.
