What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Deloitte?Having cyloed myself into IT recruitment, the biggest challenge was getting my head around none IT specs and re-learning the other areas of recruitment.

What's the secret to getting hired at Deloitte?Being an individual with a strong background within the legal services sector. Also, being fully bilingual, since the daily activities involve a permanent communication with national and foreign clients.
