What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Deloitte?

Having cyloed myself into IT recruitment, the biggest challenge was getting my head around none IT specs and re-learning the other areas of recruitment.

Being an individual with a strong background within the legal services sector. Also, being fully bilingual, since the daily activities involve a permanent communication with national and foreign clients.

Review and improvement of contracting systems of private and public entities. Legal advice to national and foreign undertakings in issues of arbitration planning, litigation and conflict resolution. You have to be a cultural fit - but at the same time exhibit experience, accomplishment, as well as core skills that all point to an ability (current or future) to break apart from the pack and lead innovation - e.g. to develop a new line of service for clients; to pioneer a new (and better!) way of doing things; etc.... read more
