Experiences at Deluxe Financial Services

Worked previously for a division of Deluxe, Deluxe Small Business Services and deliverd results for that division and was promoted to Deluxe Financial Services.

Lunch was like a family style Chinese restaurant. Big round tables with conversation about work, life and culture.

The opportunities for advancement at Deluxe are great. I started off as a sales representative and then went into advanced customer service. Those were great positions. I was then promoted to a position in the workforce management group where I was able to learn about staffing, managing resources, reporting and working with management. It was a great experience....
