815 hours of training in Eastern and Western body work with studies in: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Russian Massage, Injury Massage, Hydrotherapy, Structural Bodywork, Hot Stone, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure and Shiatsu.

Learned a wide variety of massage techniques, taught how the body moves and how to realine the body. Given courses in anatomy and pathology as well as professional ettiqute and developement.
