I miss the competitive nature of working in DialAmerica. Every day was competitive from the moment the telemarketers sat down and were told to 'Shake That Money Tree'... to the days when I would challenge my friends to beat me in sales.

What advice would you give to a new employee at Dialamerica Marketing?

The advice I would give a new employee would be to focus on preparing themselves for the job ahead of time.
