What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Dillard's Corporate?When the CPU went down and no one could fix it, I got the call after a month had passed and discovered a defective printer cable. However the customer said it was new. Explaining that new parts can go bad as well as old ones was a bit of a challenge.
