Consistantly deliver excellence customer services and phone etiqutte. be on the job earlier than required and learned as much as possible, competiitve on sales. Proud of the company and the merchandises it provides.

The most challenging aspect of the job, since it was commission sales, was overcoming objections. Once you learn how to overcome objections, it becomes a very satisfying, and profitable, experience.

I worked in the Ladies Shoe Department. My primary function was to make sure that every customer I encountered had a meaningful experience in the store. The key element was not taking for granted that because it was a retail job that casual dress would be okay for the application process. It matters what you wear no matter what stage of the process.
