How would you describe what you did at Direct Recruiting Solutions?

After being a Technical Recruiter for 9 years, I founded the company in 1997 and began the design and construction of the source4talent applicant tracking/recruiting system. Today, the system is growing strong and helping customers with their staffing/recruiting efforts.
