My responsibility at this company was to generate leads for the fields Sales Reps. Using a predictive dialler I made approximately 200 calls a day to residential consumers and identifying to them the advantages of investing in a Monitored Security System which connected them to the emergency services. I managed to meet targets set by the company and overcome many obsticles which were put in place by customers during the sales process....
