Experiences at Disney Interactive Media Group

The interview/recruitment process varies a bit across the division but generally we have recognized a need to move fast when we identify a potential candidate. It will generally begin with a phone conversation with someone from my team (HR), and from there, a phone interview or in-person conversation is conducted with the direct hiring manager. If all goes well, we try to wrap up the process with a panel of interviews that might include peers, co-managers, etc. that we try to get completed as soon as possible....

We understand the potential our products can have in the new media space, and that to keep our fans interested, we are going to have to continue to put out new, compelling unique content and product.
