I am currently a case manager at the Division. I advocate for clients by providing them with services, advice and encouragement.
Much of my work involves dealing with substance abuse issues and financial struggles. Primarily, my job is to assist my clients in learning the techniques to provide a safe and happy home for their families.
My position is often emotionally and physically exhausting. This profession has taught me time management, organization, critical thinking and how to defuse stressful situations. Working as a case manager has prepared me for just about anything that may come my way....
