How would you describe what you did at Dollar General?I opened and closed a retail store. Rearranged the store for "better buying" using plan-o-grams. Work hard but also enjoyed the customers.

How did you find your job at Dollar General?I visited a unemployment office and went directly to Dollar General and applied and gave them the form given to me from unemployment office saying who referred me and interviewed the same day.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Dollar General?Delivering excellent results while managing with tight payroll restraints. However I am able to multitask and give good direction. Hired an excellent staff, with very low turnover, and led by example, thus making it possible.
