how do they get payed weekly or bioweekly

I did a number of things. The store was small so I had to clean and mop besides my main task as cashier and stocker.

Always be careful of everything you do and make sure your amounts paid to a customer because if its not your register could come up short and thats not good. Also never let a customer upset you; just try to stay postive at all the time. Always show up to work on time and if your going to be late make sure to call in 15 minutes before time....

I met new people, I learned new skills, and I enjoyed working

There were no challenging aspects. The only problems i had was when a customer didn't think the price was reasonable and decided to act ugly; and when a customer was having a bad day.

You have to be a hard worker and willing to play your part as been a great worker.

Work your hardest, and love what you do.

That just because i was a boss doesn't mean anything unless i can earn peoples trust and respect.
