Experiences at Dominion Enterprises

Dealing with upset customers that unfortunatley had to sit on hold or had a problem with their ad. More than less i had the ability to handle the problem without having to involve management which is a great feeling of accomplishment.

I worked in a timely manor but took the time to make sure that each customer was satisfied and taken care of before moving onto the next call. I was efficiant at making sure that i always entered information into the computer and took the time to go the extra mile for each customer in need of extra assistance....

Good communication in expressing my interest in what i was wanting and what i had to offer. Displaying a positive attitude and maintain a professional apperance.

Lead a team of 5 developers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a number of Web 2.0 sites.
