How would you describe what you did at E-LOAN?

In this role I was responsible for marketing E-LOAN???s loan products on the Internet, the customer experience, and the effectiveness of online transactions. I also managed the point of sale cross-sell and up-sell programs, customer retention, and providing financing advice both online and offline.
