Experiences at EFORE USA

When I first started in the documentation department it was a litteral nightmare! But what I loved about it was the challenge of straightening the system out and giving this company a system that was organized and easily accessable by anyone in the company any where in the world.
I did this by setting up an electronic document storage and retrieval system and I also introduced this company to electronic signatures making it easy to transport the same document to many people at the same time and every person that the document was sent to had the ability to approve or reject the document and to enter comments as to why the document or process was being rejected. This system also kept a permanent record of all the transactions which could later be retrieved for review during an ISO audit....

Handled all documentation needs including all quality control, ISO and Osha documents.
Set up and maintained a internal intranet system, introduced this company to electronic documentation storing and retrieving. Implemented electronic signatures.
