Primary Customer Engineer for the largest EMC customer in the region providing all levels support services from projects implementations to technical support and liaison

Implementation Services
* Implement EMC suite of services and storage products in customer premises at all levels from managing timelines, system rollouts to production support at a full project life cycle
* Main and Primary point of technical contact for all Open Systems new project rollouts and implementation

Product Support Services
* Primary Account engineer for the largest EMC account(32 million) in Singapore. Provide onsite after sales support services on all account related technical issues directly as the main point of contact from EMC.
* Responsible to provide speedy resolutions to all storage or systems related issues working independently or in a team basis to ensure SLA are constantly met and achieved with minimal escalations
