Experiences at ESS

I handled a little bit of everything for this small, family run business in Pittsburgh, PA. I served as the sole employee of the HR department; my responsibilities included the hiring of employees, payroll, benefit administration, employee evaluations, unemployment, and workers compensation. While doing so, I also performed the full cycle accounts payable process and assisted with month end, quarterly, and year end closes. During the last few months, the company was experiencing a reduction in force; therefore, with the lack of available hands, I stepped in to become the Logistics Coordinator and the Office/Facilties Manager....
