EUPOL Proxima?
* Maintenance of all Personnel personal files for National and International staff; * Coordinating the maintenance and the update of all EUPOL Personnel database; * Liaising with local authorities, institutions and consultants (eg. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Public Revenue Office, Employment bureau, etc); * Providing interpreting and translating support to the International staff of the Section; * Organisation of training events and other events related to personnel; * Lecturing on Administrative/Personnel Trainings for International and National Staff; * Liaising with EUPOL Proxima staff for matters related to personnel management (Leave, Official Duty Travel, VAT refunding, Sick Leave, etc); * Assisting in the selection process for international and national staff, publication of vacancies, register and maintenance of the registry of applications, organizing and participating on Selection Boards; * Assisting in performing internal investigations; * Performing any other duties of administrative/secretarial nature related to the assignment....
