My ideal role in an organization is to gain as much knowledge as the company provides for maybe my everyday life, to effectively do my job, and to move up the ladder, the possibility to grow within the company. To be a part of the organization, as a team, to help make a difference.

My job responsibilities are to provide patient satisification by Recognize and escalate appropriate systems problems and fraudulent claims to management. Identify claims requiring additional research, navigate through appropriate systems platforms to perform research and resolve issues.
Initiate correspondence to members, pharmacies or other internal departments for missing information, claim denials or other claims issues.
Processing of Medicaid, Military, and VA claims, confirm patient eligibility and verify patient information.Making sure bills and statements are going to the right person to avoid violating HIPPA laws and patient privacy....

DAILY TAKING INBOUND CALLS FROM PHYSICIANS AND PATIENTS CONCERNING PATIENT ASSISTANCE, REFILLS OF PERSCRIPTIONS, MAILING REQUESTED INFO, TRANSFER ALL INFO TO SAP.
