What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Eastman Kodak?Turning around an under-performing employee. Using the company's performance counseling guidelines, I worked 1 on 1 with the employee to develop a personal commitment plan with daily/weekly reviews. We developed the committments together giving the employee ownership.

How would you describe what you did at Eastman Kodak?Responsible for overseeing operations improvements and "lean manufacturing" implementation across a major division of a global enterprise. Personally worked with operations in Rochester, NY; Oakdale, MN; Windsor, CO; White City, OR; Guadalajara, Mexico; Shanghai and Xiamen, China; Chalon, France.
