How would you describe what you did at Eastman Kodak?

I most recently redesigned ink delivery systgem for a new wide format inkjet printer requirng a systems approach to evaluate dynamic loading of carriage.
Also designed and managed the creation of carriage mounted critical measurement tooling for all small format printer platforms.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Eastman Kodak?

I spent much of my career managing through extensive downsizing activities. As a production leader, I was able to motivate my team to consistently higher performance levels. I networked with other managers to assure we had a place for our strongest performers AT EVERY LEVEL of the organization. I slept nights knowing I'd done the most equitable job I could in deciding who remained and who had to be let go.

I accepted a voluntary separation to relocate seek a new career path nearer my wife's family.
