Experiences at Egon Zehnder International

Joined Egon Zehnder's Shared Services Center EZIRS, as a PG Specialist (Knowledge Manager) in Industrial Practice Group for North America in Jan 06. Was mainly responsible to setup the Knowledge Management processes for NA Industrial Practice Group in this center for the entire company in which I developed various processes, products and services that are offered from this center to the Industrial Practice Group Consultants & Search teams.

Gradually, my role evolved from the North American market to a Global level. In this role, my responsibilities & achievements included:-
# Identifying research and KM needs of the firm and then transition this process to this center.
# Created different processes & products as well as building a team (hiring & training) of research analysts for Industrial as well as other practice groups.
# Proposed a new Knowledge Management system for the firm
# Identified KM requirements for the US research team and transitioned these processes to EZIRS...

Conducted industry and candidate research for client engagements.
* Research for executive search assignments and business development projects
* Maintained and updated data points in global database for Egon Zehnder.
* Worked effectively and in real-time with colleagues located in the Firm's national and international offices by utilizing technologies such as Instant Messaging (IM), and video conferencing....
