How would you describe what you did at Elgin Golden Years?

I worked a Twelve hour shift, I would get the residents up feed them breakfast, give them showers , take vitals, change bed linens, feed them lunch , lay them down for a nap, feed them a snack and then later feed them dinner and put them in hte bed.
