How would you describe what you did at Emily Dickinson Electronic Archives?

I began this position as an intern, and was eventually hired as the program manager. I oversee all operations for the archives including updates to the site, creating new pages, and responding to user requests. The archives use both html and xml to display the writing of Emily Dickinson.
