What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at
Emmis Communications?
During SXSW we were doing a live broadcast from inside an RV parked downtown. We interviewed a lot of bands in there and some celebrities. Jamie Kennedy stopped by and half way through his interview I noticed that the Zephyr had turned off. I then realized that the entire RV had shut down. I had to first interrupt Jamie because we were no longer broadcasting and then figure out what was wrong with the generator. Since I don't know much about RVs we had to wait for a repair man to come out. While we were waiting I decided to just run an extension cord from one of the nearby clubs so that we could at least power up the broadcast equipment an go back on air. Unfortunatley an unairconditioned RV gets pretty hot real quick here in Texas....
