Accountable for the successful launch of multiple titles concurrently, including product positioning, marketing plans, packaging and ad campaigns. Report to Marketing Director and work closely with sales, PR and product development. Created successful guerilla marketing campaigns utilizing e-mail blasts and message boards.
- Launched 10 titles in five months - all on time and within budget despite extremely tight deadlines. Company sold all titles into key accounts despite competition for shelf space.
- Inherited one title which had no clear positioning and was only four weeks from release. Determined positioning, designed packaging, developed marketing campaign and released the title on time.
- Successfully met tight deadline to release, Fugitive Hunter, by Thanksgiving weekend in line with corporate directive. Turned around all packaging and advertising within one month.
