What are the three best things about working at Exbiblio?

1 - Exbiblio truly believes in treating people well. They treat their employees exceptionally, and they treat the other people they do business with exceptionally. This also means that the people I work with are wonderful people to spend time with. Its part of the culture.
2 - Exbiblio

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Exbiblio?

I'm constantly doing things I've never done before. Sometimes my brain gets tired since every day i'm learning new things. Of course, although this is challenging, it's also one of the best parts of my job.

How would you describe what you did at Exbiblio?

I'm responsible for getting our scanner to work. The HW design was pretty much completed when i came on board, but the firmware for the device falls under my domain. We are porting linux to our custom ARM11 board. It's really hard sometimes, but its also really fun.

What's the interview process like at Exbiblio?

I interviewed with about six or seven people. Most of the interviews were personal in nature, a couple were technical. Most were one-on-one, and I always felt respected, never threatened by the process.
