Experiences at Executive Meetings & Incentives

I was given a great opportunity to experience the Meeting Planning Industry. I was given many responsibilities at EMI as a Program Manager was expected. I was able to assist the meetings management team by working with meeting logistics, traveling and working on-site with hotel staff, transportation group and destination management companies for special event planning.This was a wonderful opportunity for me to continue in the meeting/event planning industry....

I wouldn't say that there was a secret. They expected professionalism, dedication, honesty, minor qualifications and a good work ethic. I believe that was the reason for me being hired because I exemplify those qualities.
