Enter employee time in the personnel system and check reports for accuracy. Manage personnel files. Help employees with inquiries concerning time and leave as well as other related personnel information. Update and ensure employees receive current/revised division rules and regulations. Coordinate requests for verification of employment for private entities as well as government agencies. Work with the Division of Unemployment Compensation to generate requested forms to ensure proper payout. Generate requested reports for the division. Serve as division notary.
