How would you describe what you did at Fannie Mae?

I assigned, implemented and regulated a $50 Billion Portfolio. My duties included collaborating with account teams to ensure every transaction was Sarbanes-Oxley Compliant; including variance analysis to determine correct pricing adjustments in Master Contract Agreement, working on live pricing systems and securing pricing improvements to ensure the integrity of the Pricing Rules Team. The price types included PSS, (Mortgage Backed Securities), LEAPS (Cash) and Business Unit Risk Based Pricing (Cash with Loan Level Price Adjustments). As the Subject Matter Expert, (SME) who was single-handedly responsible for quality control of all BURPS request for Fannie Mae, it was my responsibility to insure that all requests were processed in a timely manner. Under my direction, all transactions were processed, accurately, and on time. I also met daily with management to review risk based pricing requests and develop unique processes for handling each request. I would then develop an action plan to process these requests and remediate any discrepancies.
