Experiences at Farm Fresh

There is no secret to getting hired, anyone can do that. But watch how they treat you as an employee. My daughter was hired to be a cashier. One night she was assigned to work and close the service desk and it came up 150 short, she had no training on how to close the service desk nor was there a manager on duty to assist. A new employee left to do a job she was not trained for and no manager on site. They put her on on unpaid leave, waited 2 weeks before telling her she was fired. They treated my daughter horrible through the entire ordeal, and what they did to her was not right nor fair. I would recommend you beware of working for this company there are other compaines who will treat you better out there keep looking.. I will never shop nor recommend anyone to shop at this chain....
