What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at FedEx Ground?The toughest problems that I had to solve was the scheduling of 30 plus (college students) employees around the work, their school schedules, their study groups, their labs and our daily trailer cut times.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at FedEx Ground?The most challenging aspects were simpally the everyday grind as well as working in less than ideal conditions. The belts and motors were constantly breaking down as well as trucks arriving late and still having the same time frame to work the freight.

How would you describe what you did at FedEx Ground?My main function at FedEx was to mentor the new managers as well as filling in and running sorts for vacationing managers. I helped direct the driver contractors in the effort of getting out every package everyday. I helped the service managers plan and and talk about their sorts daily as well ...

The secrect to staying is being a qick learner and not getting frustrated with the challenges of the day but coming up with solutions to work through the challenges, ...
