Year long graduate program in coaching qualifying me for certification by the International Coach Federation.

my dissertation explored the relationship between personal identity and the meaning of work for high-performance Information Technology managers. The results yielded five modes of engagement.

I will complete this program in May 2008. As part of the OD program, I am also involved in the 12 month Coaching Certification. The greatest asset of this program is the ability to work from a more global perspective than the average Masters program. Many of my counterparts are located in other countries. I am also learning more about virtual communication as well as the face to face encounters that I have periodically with those in my coaching cohort....
