How would you describe what you did at Fifth Third Bank?I managed inbound telephone calls, and answered questions about bank accounts. The main part of the job was to solve customer issues arising with their accounts.

How would you describe what you did at Fifth Third Bank?I encoded customer and teller transactions. I also worked on various types of systems to help correct out of balance work and made the corrections on those accounts.
