Financial Communications is a design firm that serves medium to large companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. I was hired in 1999 to develop their web and multimedia offerings. My primary duties involve website and multimedia production. I am involved in all aspects of project management and work with clients to define the structure and functionality of the projects. I generate job estimates and production schedules, and work with and provide technical guidance to the design staff. Once a client has approved a projects budget, schedule and design, I perform the build-out of the project, including all the front-end and back-end programming, as well as animation, video and audio production. I have also supervised in-house and freelance developers.

I also upgraded their internal network and supervised the installation of a high-capacity file server and back-up mechanism. I maintain their production hardware and software and perform most of the related purchasing. I installed or supervised the installation of the production systems, including production workstations and high-end printers. I also contract and supervise external consultants who assist in the maintenance and management of FCIs IT infrastructure....
