Firebelly Lounge?
This was the cornerstone of my career as a bartender. I began in the kitchen at Firebelly and worked my way up to general manager. I established myself as a consistent, knowledgeable bartender and gained a very strong and loyal clientele. I handled all aspects of the business from opening, closing, accounting, booking entertainment, advertising, catering, ordering, hiring, firing, prep work, cooking, conflict resolution, customer service, construction and repair, etc. I worked at Firebelly Lounge from 2000 - 2005.
