My main responsibility was customer service. I handled customer financial transactions, opened accounts, bookkeeping, bank statement reconciliation, and used computer skills. I received two promotions.

Managed an entire office with 8 employees. Set up sales programs with emphasis on employee coaching to meet office sales goals. Handled all aspects of cash ordering and office balancing. Completed customer loans such as auto and home equity from application to completion of all loan documents. Sold annuities, auto and homeowners insurance policies. Strived for a strong emphasis on customer service....

Led financial institution into new geographical and strategic areas. Negotiated and implemented three acquisitions of other financial institutions. Built origination function into one of the leaers in the State.
