What was the main reason for accepting your job (location, opportunity, money) at First Wind?I wanted to go back to Administrative Assistant. Before this I worked for a firm doing Customer Service in a call center. I found out that type of work is not for me. I need interaction with people and use my computer skills and knowledge. What's unique about working at First Wind?Being able to see your results immediately as the Wind farms are developed, constructed, and used by all individuals. This helps our economy and ecology.

What did you learn along the way at First Wind?How to work with Government, whether it be on State Local or City level. By working with these individuals you obtain knowledge, confidence, and closure to a project. As new projects develop I have seen all phases come to an end and it is rewarding.

What are the three best things about working at First Wind?The interaction of co-workers, the knowledge that you obtain from each project, and seeing how First Wind will grow. As our ecology needs to change and use wind as a means of providing electricity that will enable First Wind to survive.
