Experiences at Ford Motor Company

Exceptional grades in college and ability to work well with others.

I was responsible for adminitering quality parts and inspecting. I also had to train employees and addres qualituy concern issues while maintaing relationships between vendors and production empleeyes.

The secret to getting hired at Ford Motor Company is to be flexible,and customer oriented, you have to be able to identify and resolve quality concerns while adhering to company policies.

i was used in new construction, structual, pipe, sheet metal. am proficient in notching beams, and anything else recquired to hang iron. did alot of welding duct work with stick or mig. also did demo work with torch, oxygen lance. proficient with carbon arc( did alot of that working on machinery). also was proficent with torch doing such things as bearing removal(without harming shaft)washing nuts off bolts, washinh welds off paarts to seperate etc etc...

now it is a lottery system skilled trdes is different tho must pass tests and interview too

I had to take a series of hand-eye coordinating tests.

I didn't have much college when I started Ford. However, by the time that I left I had over 100 credit hours. Just needed my math credit to get my associates degree. It didn't.
