What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Fortunoff?Firing people. It is by far the hardest thing to do, especially when they do not understand, inspite, of all the counciling what the problem is.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Fortunoff?Managing 25 people who do not always have been indoctrinated with a good work ethic, and a devfotion to the company they are employed for.
