How would you describe what you did at
Fourth Shift?
I was responsible for delivering public and private training to CFOs, controllers and accounting managers regarding the effective use of the Fourth Shift ERP system. I focused on the financial side of the system. I was also responsible for developing new curriculae. I later migrated to a management role for a tier 2/3 support group focused on a CRM and an HRIS product....
