What's the best team you worked with at Frank's Nursery and Crafts?

The best team was the one that really got to gether as a whole and made it happen. All assignments get filled quicker and more ideas flourish when everybody comes together.

How did you find your job at Frank's Nursery and Crafts?

I worked at Frank's when I was in high school as a seasonal employee cashiering. I loved the environment and realized I would love to do this full time. I got hired full time as a cashier a couple years later, then became head cashier, then keyholder.

The best thing about working at Frank's was the employees and communication, working in the nursery, and having a responsible staff that respected and obeyed you.

Assisted with sales in all departments; headed the silk floral department, including setting up displays, checking in and maintaining stock, maintaining appearance of department, and promoting sales; ran cash register as needed
