What's the best team you worked with at Frank's Nursery and Crafts?The best team was the one that really got to gether as a whole and made it happen. All assignments get filled quicker and more ideas flourish when everybody comes together.

How did you find your job at Frank's Nursery and Crafts?I worked at Frank's when I was in high school as a seasonal employee cashiering. I loved the environment and realized I would love to do this full time. I got hired full time as a cashier a couple years later, then became head cashier, then keyholder.

What are the three best things about working at Frank's Nursery and Crafts?The best thing about working at Frank's was the employees and communication, working in the nursery, and having a responsible staff that respected and obeyed you.

How would you describe what you did at Frank's Nursery and Crafts?Assisted with sales in all departments; headed the silk floral department, including setting up displays, checking in and maintaining stock, maintaining appearance of department, and promoting sales; ran cash register as needed
