How would you describe what you did at Franklin Templeton Investments?

Served as local liaison and responsible local official when data center and user support for FCC was transitioned to FTT Operations management in California. Oversaw the daily work of a co-worker and several contractors for server, processing, computer facility, and end user support. Local presence during the hiring of all contractors. Trained corporate helpdesk and account administration personnel on custom FCC software user administration and troubleshooting. Interfaced with key vendor support on environment issues and local work during the recent multi-phase move and remodeling as FCC expanded across 5 floors and FTB&T moved back from across town.
